As a Haitian Drummer and licence Audio Engineer taught in HAITI, i know we are loosing the memory of AFRICAN drum patterns due to over exposure to alternative culture. I am building a drum studio in Haiti for the exclusive purpose of recording and banking every single drum pattern, there by preserving and rescuing a sacred age old practice from the in danger species list. In HAITI were said to have some odd 101 patterns floating around from AFRICAS memory.
